"Terrible company to use... They do not answer their phone calls or emails. They have not been working in their office since covid and still do not work at their office in the middle of 2023. So you aren't able to go inside and talk to anyone either. If you need a copy of your insurance all I can say is Good Luck. Now they are trying to charge me for a "penalty fee" for ending my liability policy back in 2022, I cancelled that one to start a different one with Ryan Wagner's office so they didn't lose my business at that point. They never gave me a bill for this through email or regular mail and when I asked if it would cost anything to cancel my liability they lied to me and told me no, it would not cost anything. So my best guess is they were upset I took my business elsewhere and used a new State Farm Agent who actually does provide good service."

"I used Ryan Wagners office for a long time.. they always had issues before but they were small enough to ignore. In the past year they have been so bad at doing their job I had to swap to a different state farm agent. I own a business so it is a big deal if I need proof of my general liability and they refuse to return my calls and emails. I literally had to have the other insurance agent call them on behalf of me. Surprise... they actually answered when pressured. It was a horrible experience feeling unable to conduct business because of someone else. Now I'm happy with my new Agent in Redford... I should have made this change a long time ago. If customer service and communication is important to you do not use Ryan Wagner."

"Would not deal with this agent ever again. They over charge for full coverage with renters insurance. There price was $632.34 called another agent same state farm company they quoted me for the same insurance same everything. $184.00. WHAT A JOKE. If you go there don't say I didn't warn you."

"I have been using them for well over 10 years. Since COVID-19, I have been incredibly frustrated trying to get a hold of anyone to make a payment over the phone since the website almost always has issues and the mail is slow. Most recently, after both of my plans were about to expire, I was able to make the payments just in time--that was in April 2021. Since then for May and June I had been playing phone tag with them or having to call back repeatedly to make a payment. One plan lapsed and the other one was about to lapse. The one that lapsed they said I was 4 months behind and owed $295 to reinstate and the one that was about to lapse also 4 months behind and I needed to pay 4 months that I was supposedly past due of $170.80. Being it is mid-June and my last payment was in April, that is actually only 2 months not 4 months!!! I only did the smaller one. So if something happens to me, my 8 year old doesn't get anything from the larger one. I will NEVER use this company again!!"
